Instead of saving you on the products for your home like Ibotta, Rakuten, and other traditional couponing apps, or on the services you use to fix up your home, like Groupon or HomeAdvisor, Cashifyd helps you to save money on the biggest purchase or sale of all — your home!

Cashifyd for property buyers:, Cashifyd allows buyers to view proposals from local real estate agents who are willing to rebate a portion of their commission back to the buyer for selecting to work with them on their transaction. The cashback can be received at closing, used to lessen closing costs, or used to reduce their mortgage interest rate.

Cashifyd for property sellers: Cashifyd allows sellers to set the commission they’d be willing to pay an agent, and then compare proposals from local real estate agents who are willing to offer a reduction in their commission in return for the seller selecting to work with them on their transaction.
